Field Sales Representative

This is a field sales position focused on offering LeeShanok’s portfolio of services with Managed IT and Cloud Technologies. The ideal candidate is energetic, a self-motivator, open minded, has good verbal and written communication skills with clients and team members, and excellent organizational skills. A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work independently are a must. A business-minded professional with general technical knowledge and certifications are required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 or more years of sales experience
  • Sell Managed IT and Cloud Services contracts to qualified prospects - not hardware sales
  • Cold and warm calling, sales lead generation, qualification, progression, and closure
  • Quoting, Pricing and Proposal of Technical solutions
  • End user product education, training, awareness, and recommendation for clients
  • Represent at company attended trade shows, vendor events, customer events, business mixers, and relationship building events

Certified Network Engineer

The role of the Certified Network Engineer is a senior support role on our remote support desk or onsite support administering and supporting servers, network switching, routing, and security technologies for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology industry supporting servers.
  • Certified as a Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent industry certifications.
  • Strong experience supporting Windows server operating systems, network services such as AD, DNS, DHCP, file/print, applications, and server backup technologies
  • Strong experience with troubleshooting of network switching, routing, and firewall technologies.
  • The ideal candidate has a passion for technology with a positive working attitude as an individual contributor and a team player
  • Progressive analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving skills are required
  • Proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time management skills. Excellent communication skills working face to face with clients.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills is a must and experience working with a support ticketing system is a strong plus. Meet company outlined resource utilization targets and deadlines.

Network Support Technician

The role of the Network Support Technician is to maintain and support remotely or onsite business networks with their desktop PCs, general network troubleshooting and administration, and line of business applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in supporting desktops PCs and networks.
  • Certified as a Microsoft MCP, Cisco CENT, Network + or have equivalent certifications and experience.
  • Strong experience with desktop operating systems and line of business applications support. A strong Microsoft Office Experience is a must.
  • Progressive analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving skills are required
  • Some experience in Microsoft Windows server operating systems, network services such as AD, DNS, DHCP, file/print, applications, and server backup technologies
  • The ideal candidate has a passion for technology with a positive working attitude as an individual contributor and a team player.

Technology Consultant

The role of the Technology Consultant is to strategically manage and build close customer relationships with assigned accounts by means of regular communication, technology planning meetings, quality technology recommendations and making sure our clients get the best of our support and services. This role is more than an account management role.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build business relationships with contract clients
  • Manage and build business relationships with noncontract clients with projects and the possibility of becoming a Managed IT clients
  • Responsible and accountable for the overall client's satisfaction
  • Conduct regular semi-annual business IT meetings with clients with technology recommendations
  • Propose, design, and quote projects
  • Make sure client’s technology and policies regularly meets Leeshanok‘s Best Practices
  • Track project milestones and deliverables with the Project Manager to make sure it meets the client’s needs from start to finish
  • Coordinate the support team and contractors involved with the support of your assigned clients
  • Develop and deliver managed services, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Resolve client satisfaction issues by getting the right resources and steps to resolution
  • Represent at company attended trade shows, vendor events, customer events, business mixers, and relationship building events
  • Follow up on sales leads, qualification, progression, and closure
  • Meet account manager training and certifications
  • A professional presentation with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and time management skills are required
  • An effective worker in a team environment and as an individual contributor
  • Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs and have own reliable transportation.
