Cisco Certified Network Engineer

Description

The role of the Cisco Certified Network Engineer is a senior support role on our project team installing new Cisco technology and supporting existing customer base with Cisco network switching, routing, security, and voice technologies.

Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and deploy Cisco network solutions based on client requirements, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Perform network infrastructure installations, upgrades, and migrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, including routing, switching, and connectivity problems.
Conduct network assessments and provide recommendations for network optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Create and maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and configurations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and Cisco certifications.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and supporting Cisco technology based networks
Current Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification
Strong knowledge of Cisco routing, switching, and security technologies, including Cisco IOS, Catalyst, Nexus, and ASA platforms.
Strong knowledge of Meraki MX, MS, MR, and MV series devices, as well as Meraki Dashboard for centralized management and configuration.
Familiarity with Meraki SD-WAN, site-to-site VPNs, wireless deployments, network segmentation, and security features.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Meraki-specific protocols and technologies.
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools specific to Meraki deployments.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco network infrastructures.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, and VPNs.
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a passion for technology with a positive working attitude as an individual contributor and a team player
Progressive analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving skills are required
Proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time management skills. Excellent communication skills working face to face with clients.
Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs. and have own reliable transportation.

Compensation is comprised of a competitive base salary based on experience and certifications, full employee benefits package which includes, health, and dental insurance, 401(k), cell phone, travel reimbursement, commissions, and paid vacation.

Job Description

LeeShanok Network Solutions has been providing exceptional IT services to Arizona businesses since 1997. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help support our rapid growth.

As an SDR, you’ll work with the sales team to create, qualify and confirm sales opportunities. Responsibilities will include:

Setting and confirming inbound and outbound appointments for senior sales consultants.
Supporting the sales team with research, materials and opportunities.
Making 50 – 100 dials per day to call on clients and warm prospects.

Requirements

At least one year’s experience in an inside sales position, preferably setting appointments in a business-to-business environment.
Excellent phone and virtual communication skills
