IT Support Technician

The role of the IT Support Technician is to maintain and support onsite and/or remote business networks with desktop PCs, general network troubleshooting and administration, and support line of business applications.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide both onsite and remote support to LeeShanok Customers with desktop PC’s.
  • Provide both onsite and remote support to LeeShanok Customers with troubleshooting and helpful techniques.
  • Support LeeShanok’s customers with line of business applications.
  • Coordination and collaboration with team members to provide solutions for customers.
  • Documenting ticket progress daily in ticketing system.
  • Consistent monitoring and troubleshooting of back up issues.
  • Regularly performing proactive maintenance tickets.
  • Responsible for performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional IT experience in supporting desktop PC hardware and operating systems.
  • Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Passionate about technology with a positive working attitude as an individual contributor and a team player.
  • Proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time management skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills working with clients over the phone.

Description:
