The role of the Senior Technical Account Manager is to strategically manage and build close customer relationships with assigned accounts by means of regular communication, technology planning meetings, and quality technology and security recommendations. Our Account Managers are advocates for our clients by making sure they have proper cybersecurity protections and are receiving exceptional IT and security services. This role includes proposing technology and cybersecurity solutions, creating quotes, and fostering relationships within the community.

In addition to base salary, commission is available for the position.

Total compensation is dependent on ability to design, propose, and close technology and cybersecurity solutions that are appropriate for client environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and build business relationships with clients and prospects
• Responsible for the client’s overall satisfaction
• Provide technology and security recommendations in regular business IT meetings with clients
• Propose, design, and quote projects ranging from smaller and simple to large and complex.
• Make sure client’s technology, security, and policies regularly meet LeeShanok‘s Best Practices
• Track project milestones and deliverables with the assigned Project Manager to ensure client needs are met from start to finish
• Coordinate the support team and contractors involved with the support of your assigned clients
• Develop and deliver managed services, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Resolve client satisfaction issues by utilizing the right resources and providing steps to resolution
• Represent LeeShanok Network Solutions at trade shows, vendor events, customer events, business mixers, and relationship building events
• Follow up on sales leads, qualifications, progression, and closure

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional IT experience and technical knowledge
• Minimum of CompTia Network+, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco Customer Success Manager, Microsoft Associate-Level certification, or equivalent industry certification

The role of the Certified Server Administrator is a senior support role on our remote support desk or onsite support administering and supporting server infrastructures.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology industry supporting servers.
• IT industry certifications – Microsoft Server certifications, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent certifications
• Strong experience supporting Windows server operating systems, network services such as AD, DNS, DHCP, file/print, applications, and server backup technologies
• Strong experience with administering and supporting VMware virtualization technologies.
• Strong experience with supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Experience performing on-prem to M365 (Entra, SharePoint, In-Tune) migrations.
