Technical Account Manager

Description:

The role of the Technical Account Manager is to strategically manage and build close customer relationships with assigned accounts by means of regular communication, technology planning meetings, quality technology recommendations and making sure our clients get the best of our support and services. This role includes creating proposals, quotes, fostering partnerships and relationships within the community, and being an advocate for our clients and their technology needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build business relationships with contract clients
  • Manage and build business relationships with noncontract clients with projects and the possibility of becoming a Managed IT client
  • Responsible and accountable for the overall client’s satisfaction
  • Conduct regular semi-annual business IT meetings with clients with technology recommendations
  • Propose, design, and quote projects from smaller and simple to very large and complex projects.
  • Make sure client’s technology and policies regularly meets LeeShanok‘s Best Practices
  • Track project milestones and deliverables with the assigned Project Manager to make sure it meets the client’s needs from start to finish
  • Coordinate the support team and contractors involved with the support of your assigned clients
  • Develop and deliver managed services, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Resolve client satisfaction issues by getting the right resources and providing steps to resolution
  • Represent LeeShanok Network Solutions at trade shows, vendor events, customer events, business mixers, and relationship building events
  • Follow up on sales leads, qualifications, progression, and closure

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional IT experience and technical knowledge
  • Minimum of a Microsoft MCP, Cisco CENT, Network+ or equivalent industry certification
  • The ideal candidate has a passion for technology with a positive working attitude as an individual contributor and a team player.
  • Meet account manager training and certifications as required by management
  • The ability to close sales and foster and maintain partnerships within the community

Cisco Certified Network Engineer

Description

The role of the Cisco Certified Network Engineer is a senior support role on our project team installing new Cisco technology and supporting existing customer base with Cisco network switching, routing, security, and voice technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy Cisco network solutions based on client requirements, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Perform network infrastructure installations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, including routing, switching, and connectivity problems.
  • Conduct network assessments and provide recommendations for network optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and Cisco certifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and supporting Cisco technology based networks
