I’m Chris Albright, President of KE&G Construction. KNG Construction is a civil construction company that’s been in business since 1972, so this is our fiftieth year in business this year. We have employees across Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. My name is Pedro Valladares. I am the Technology Manager for KNG Construction, so I help the company with all the technology needs, network infrastructure, help desk, and user support, so I stay pretty busy. Technology is crucial for us when building a project or paving. We need our field personnel to look at the plans, to submit inspections, to upload pictures, to follow up with the project time frame, and all of this is done thanks to the infrastructure of technology that we have. We’ve been working with LeeShanok for over several years, and they’ve been a great help starting over when we had a significant problem with a past IT provider and failure with our backups that caused us to lose a ton of data. They came in and helped us ensure that we were secure from a data backup standpoint on multiple levels, and we haven’t had any issues with data loss or any backup need because of the systems they’ve put in place. Customer service of LeeShanok has been excellent. I know almost all of the staff now, and I feel comfortable enough to reach out and come up with an issue and tell them, “This is what I’ve tried, this is what’s not working, and what do you think?” and they’re always quick and they always have an answer for me. Another thing that I like about LeeShanok is that they provide education not only for the common worker as the end user but also for the IT professional as well. I have joined the webinars that they give; they’re always with good information, short information because we like it short, so it’s a great perk of being part of a LeeShanok clientele. I definitely recommend LeeShanok as an IT provider for other companies. They’ve done a great job for us over the years they’ve been here and definitely helped us with the change in IT and changing our company throughout those years.
My name is Carol Cardenas, and I am the Chief Operating Officer with QuakeWrap and FRP Construction. QuakeWrap and FRP Construction repair superstructures, so we work on bridges, nuclear power plants, we do a lot of work on docks and piers. We use a composite technology, so either fiberglass or carbon fiber with an epoxy resin, and that creates a very strong structure that can be applied almost like rebar on the outside of the structure. Our headquarters are in Tucson, Arizona, but we do a lot of work actually nationally and internationally, and then we have projects that we send our workers out to as well. LeeShanok Network Solutions works with QuakeWrap and FRP Construction as our trusted vendor for our managed I.T. services. My name is Eric LeeShanok with LeeShanok Network Solutions, I’m the President and CEO, and we’ve been working with FRP Construction and also QuakeWrap for over two years managing their I.T. and network security. A lot of companies, they manage technology, they’ve got good technology, they’ve got very good people, but one of the things that brings it all together are the processes. The foremen in FRP Construction are located all over the United States and sometimes in other countries, but they will need to access timesheets, daily reports, drawings, inspection lists, and that needs to be accessible instantly from the job site in any time zone 24/7 to our servers. LeeShanok Network Solutions specializes in managing networks and their network security for the construction industry. So we understand the challenge that they face when it comes to job costing, project management, meeting certain compliance and regulations, protecting their data, as well as supporting a very mobile workforce. So when FRP came to us, we were aware of the situation and also the challenges, and we’ve implemented many times over to other companies solutions to these areas. With LeeShanok Network Solutions, when we have had issues, whether it’s connectivity, whether there’s hardware or software issues, we get an instant response, we get an instant appointment, and it’s within typically 24 hours that we have a resolution as well. They’re incredibly responsive. FRP Construction and QuakeWrap would absolutely recommend LeeShanok Network Solutions. That’s how we found them—was through a recommendation—and so we’d like to pass that good experience on to others in town and let them see what really having that full-service I.T. provider is like.
Corporate Technology Solutions was founded in nineteen eighty-nine. Myself and Support bought into the company in 2009, and we’re basically a construction cabling company. We’ve acquired several companies since then; we’re now in the fire alarm business, the security business, and the wireless business. We’ve grown from about 40 people to 120, and during that time our network needs have been significant. Originally, when we first bought in, things were small and easy, but as we grew, we had all kinds of network problems and security problems. We’ve added four offices, and getting those all to work was a nightmare. It took them forever to get online, they would lose their connection, things were slow, and it just turns out that things weren’t set up properly. LeeShanok came in and first asked us many questions about the problems we were having, the situation we were in, did a survey of the equipment we had, and then came back and did a complete assessment of where we were, our current state of affairs, and what our needs were. From there, we sat down with them to come up with a game plan to get the right equipment and the right systems — and now even more importantly — the right security pieces in place to protect and make our system run smooth. The reliability of the system now and the stability is much improved, and we just don’t have those issues anymore, increasing our productivity and, more importantly for me, keeping our employees happy. We’ve been with LeeShanok for about four years now, and the partnership has been fantastic. I would certainly recommend them to any other group, like they were recommended to us initially.
My name is Lynn Pace and I am the CFO for Kincaid Civil Construction. Kincaid Civil Construction is a complete infrastructure company, especially in wet utilities. We put in all the water pipes for basically any state west of the Mississippi, and we have a lot of challenges because our guys are required to stay in constant contact with the cell phone for emails, daily reports — they have to upload the daily reports, they have to upload photographs, they need to be in constant contact even if they’re out in the middle of Timbuktu. Amazingly, even here in town, there are a number of dead spots that, without help from an IT company that understands that, our work would not get done on a daily basis the way it needs to be done. LeeShanok Network Solutions works with us as a managed service provider. They do complete network, they do complete infrastructure, they handle us from soup to nuts. I’ve only been with Kincaid Civil Construction for eighteen months and LeeShanok has been with us the entire time I’ve been here. They handle everything from making sure that the computers on the desks to the ones out in the field to the ones in everybody’s pocket work — and work consistently. With LeeShanok, we’ve been very, very lucky. We have never had an issue where the network went down. We’ve never had an issue where we couldn’t get in touch with the guys. Even if there were circumstances outside their control that would cause problems, they took care of them, and we credit LeeShanok with keeping us up and functioning on a daily basis. They see us as a business partner; they don’t see us as a cash cow. I would recommend LeeShanok Network Solutions because they work within a budget that they set with you, they maintain a network that is consistently working, is up, is functioning the way it should — and they do it within a budget, and they understand that you need that.
My name is Serena Rodriques and I am the Chief Operating Officer for Clinvap. Clintpath is a pathology company. It is a support system for the healthcare industry here because we’re sort of behind the scenes with our pathologists with making diagnosis for our Brazo Banner Dignity hospitals, and we’ve been here for over 50 years. My name is Salvador Hernandez and I am the Desktop Support Lead for Clintpath Diagnostics. It’s a very complex organization. It’s spread across many different locations and every location does different things, but every single location actually utilizes technology in some way. Technology in our world is everything. I mean, we have I.T., information systems, left and right. So with Lee Chanak, they never make me feel like I’m asking a stupid question. I see Lee Shannock as a very good and very knowledgeable extension of what I do. The things that I can’t do, they can do. They’re the bridge to getting the job done if it goes beyond my skill set. Because we do these Friday check-in calls, we can bounce back and forth, and key people are on that call and even, you know, Eric is on the call regularly, um, as well as his network-assigned individuals to us. I love working with Lee Shannock. And at this company, there’s a lot of third-party vendor-type entities that I have to interact with and even third-party I.T. companies. We don’t control everything at the sites we’re at. We have to go with hospital I.T., we have to go with just third-party I.T. that they use. And I—I’ve told them on the weekly meetings that Lee Shannock is by far the most knowledgeable, most responsive, most helpful, and just the most positive of all the groups I have to interact with. And if I have to reach out to somebody, Lee Shannock’s always the group I reach out to first. I would easily and without even thinking about it recommend Lee Shannock to other companies for further I.T. I absolutely would recommend them to anybody out there because I think they have the infrastructure, the bandwidth, the customer service is impeccable. I’ve never felt any concerns. There’s this sense of, you know, not just trust but competence—like they know what they’re talking about.
My name is Steve Pavich. I’m the Director of Finance for Cheers Recovery Center in Phoenix, and I also oversee IT. Our name is an acronym: Center for Health Empowerment, Education, and Employment Recovery Services. We provide peer support for people with serious mental illness and substance use issues. My name is Kimberly Craig and I’m the CEO of Cheers Recovery Center in Phoenix. We’re a small to mid-sized company with 40 to 50 employees and we’re dependent on technology for smooth operations. Our phone system was about 10 years old and we didn’t have any local support to administer it. We needed that, but we were also worried about the age of our equipment. Through a process, we reached out to Lee Shinnok Network Solutions. Met with Eric, talked with him about our needs, and ended up buying a new Cisco system from Lee Shinnok Network Solutions. It was really desirable for me to have a team that actually came out to Cheers and met with our IT department and those responsible for implementing the new phone system. They came out and met with them in person, found out what our needs were, and were responsive to making sure that we had no interruption in service. We didn’t lose any of the key components of our system that were important to our operations, and the downtime was minimal. Under our old system, it could have gone down at any time because of its age. So now, if something does happen—it probably won’t because it’s brand-new equipment—but we’ve got Lee Shinnok Network Solutions as a local support. We can take care of whatever goes wrong within a matter of hours. In particular, one of the functions that I really like and is useful is their Jabber system. What’s useful about that is that we’re in the process of developing safety planning and response practices for our organization, and Jabber is going to fit right into that because it really becomes a silent alarm system. An employee can Jabber someone on their computer screen without having to make it obvious that they’re communicating with someone else. I would gladly recommend Lee Shinnok Network Solutions to any company. It’s been great. Our new phone system—we love it. And we also really enjoyed working with Erik Rasheed and the rest of the team. I would definitely recommend them for several reasons. One of those, and probably the largest, being that they were really responsive to our needs and they kept it simple for us. The transition to the new system was easy, it was affordable, and they continued to provide us ongoing support to ensure that we have everything that we need now and in the future.
My name is Robin Coulure and I’m the Assistant General Manager here at Sun City Oro Valley, and we are an age-restricted community. Uh, we have an 18-hole golf course, 2,488 homes that sit across a th000 acres. Uh, there’s an amazing swimming pool—it’s beautiful. There’s mountains all around, and there’s just so many things for you to do. Technology is used by our residents and our staff in many different ways. Um, it’s a part of our everyday lives, so it’s essential that it’s dependable and that, um, we function at the highest level possible. When I started here at Sun City, um, my job was to manage the network, and it was a small little network. And as the network began to grow and as, um, things began to happen around Sun City, my responsibilities began to shift and I needed some support. And that’s when I reached out to, um, Eric at Le KN and, um, we had a conversation about help—helping me—and we started this process. And this was back in 2011, so it’s been about 13 years where, um, we’ve been working together. My name is Brian Canow. I’m the Operations Manager for Leano Network Solutions. I help Sun City Oro Valley with their general IT infrastructure, and that includes everything from their network to application support, to server support, to cybersecurity. Since we started our relationship with Sun City Oro Valley, their network has grown exponentially. Started out very small—just a few endpoints. Now it’s grown to a very large network, very complex network, that does need quite a lot of management. No matter what kind of questions I have about what’s going on with my network, Leano always comes back with a good answer or a good solution for me.
Tubac has a great deal of history, and we are the first land grant from the King of Spain in 1789. We have 98 rooms and suites, we have a wedding chapel, we do corporate events, social events, or just fun events for the weekend. We have a resort that has many moving parts, and we realized that a lot of our equipment was outdated. So we decided to elicit Lee’s help to help us to get us back on course. They came out and did an evaluation, and the service that they provided for us—the speed, the cost savings—was beyond our expectations. We truly enjoy working with Lea because what they provide is a service that is filled with integrity. They’re quick, they respond, they don’t leave us hanging. Their staff is sincere, experienced, and they really care about what they’re doing.
Hi, I’m Walter Yazzie and I’m the Assistant General Manager here at Southfork Saddlebrook. Saddlebrook is a 55 and older community. It’s an active community and we have about 2,900 homes, still building out. It’s a good place for people that are still active but retired. They have tons of things to do. They have over a hundred clubs that they can participate in, swimming pools—things that just keep them active. My name is Adel Allen and I’m the Administrative Assistant out here at Southfork HOA Number Two. We had a lot of difficulty, a lot of lag time with Wi-Fi especially. There was a lot of problems. The library ladies would come knocking on the bed—“The Wi-Fi is down again!” We’d have to go push buttons or go call somebody to help get it up and going again. You know, that’s better now. We have recognized that there needed to be improvements. Leisha Dock was really a good choice that we ended up working hand in hand with. Them, they guided us through what we needed. We installed new servers. Basically, we installed a whole new IT backbone. When Lee Shinnok came in and started working with us, I noticed right off the bat that they were very much on hand. They jump right on it. When Lee Shinnok installed the IT backbone, they upgraded the access points for the Wi-Fi. Previously, residents—it was pretty much open, there was no security on the Wi-Fi. Residents could come in, access it. Yeah, it was easy for the residents, but it was also easy with no security. Lee Shinnok installed a dependable Wi-Fi system which has a stronger signal, but they also added the security gates to that system. So now, you know, our system is protected. We have a lot more control actually over who can access it, how long they can access it, and also what they’re accessing on. Their level of service is something that a lot of companies don’t have. I would definitely recommend Lisa Hochstein for other folks that are looking to, you know, upgrade, to make their IT system better. They come in, they analyze what you have, they can give you the solution, what you need, and then they don’t just leave you. They actually support you after they install this. They come back and they give you full support.
My name is Andrew Teich. I am the VP of Operations for HSL Properties. HSL Properties is a developer, owner, operator of real estate all over Arizona. Our bread and butter is apartments in Southern Arizona, so we have 37 apartment communities in and around Tucson and Phoenix, as well as Casa Grande and Yuma. We also develop hotels. We have industrial, retail, all kinds of real estate all over the state.
Some of the major technological challenges we deal with every day are being able to support all of our people out in the field and ensure that they have all the documents, all the communication that they need.
One of the motivations HSL had for working with Eric and his team was that we knew that he knew our business. Eric’s experience in real estate, property management, technical support goes back 15 years or longer.
My name is Eric Lee Chanak and I’m the President and CEO of Nishinok Network Solutions. So we provide managed I.T. and network security for HSL Properties. Leasionag specializes in managing technology and network security for the multi-housing industry. So for over two years we’ve supported HSL Properties.
We’re involved with the Arizona Multi-Housing Association, different various trade shows. We provide security lunch-and-learn presentations to help this industry be more secure.
Security is always an issue for HSL. We do process rental payments and other payments electronically, so we ensure that we have the compliance in order. Lecianock has ensured that we have very robust security in place.
Really all these families, we’re living together, and one family is affected by some data breach or some risk, other families could be affected by it as well. And property management companies have a lot of responsibilities, a lot of accountability to protect themselves as well as all the families that reside with them.
I would highly recommend Elishnock Network Solutions to any company who’s in need of I.T. support, who’s coming from a situation where perhaps their current group is not to the level of sophistication that they need. They will give you the top-notch support, they will be there for you day and night, and they’re very accessible and easy to talk to—intelligent folks—and I highly recommend them.

My name is Heidi Pierce. I am the Director of Strategic Marketing and Technology for MEB Management Services. We started in 1998 with three small properties in two corporate offices—one here in Phoenix and one in Tucson. To this day, we’ve grown to over 22,000 units. We’ve branched out with a full commercial department that is now in its own corporate office, and we’ve branched into two other multifamily corporate offices—one in Flagstaff and one in Las Vegas. My name is Donna Valenzuela, and I work for MEB Commercial Management Group. We’re a commercial real estate company. We do property management—retail, office, and industrial properties. MEB Commercial has been around since 2009. The computer problems that we experienced were networking and getting all the programs and employees to network in one area. I think one of the biggest challenges we had was just with the communication between the offices—how to create a network that would allow all of our users in our corporate locations to be able to be on the same page, communicate together, really be able to work more efficiently, more timely, have the information we need, and be able to share that information back and forth. And because we had so many locations, it was really difficult for us to do that. So we were able to partner with Leishanok. They were able to help us build an infrastructure that really made sense for us, and to this day, we’ve been able to build on an infrastructure because we had it set right in the very first place. For MEB Commercial, Leishanok does our emails, our IT support—they help us with our phones, our printer networking. Security is a huge deal because we deal with clients’ monies, and some accounts have thousands and thousands of dollars. Leishanok always keeps us up to date on viruses, on what’s new out there. They recommend what we should upgrade to, to protect MEB with our server so no hackers can get into our servers. What I love about Leishanok and his team—I would recommend them for a mid-size growing company because they have the partnerships, they have the knowledge, they have the right temperament. They are not upselling you at every cost. They really want to grow with you, and we’ve felt that—that relationship between Leishanok and MEB has been so strong just because they mirror our corporate values and our values, where we want to show the best that we can and be fair and make sure that our clients’ bottom line is the best that it can be. I would definitely recommend Leishanok to be your IT support company. Their experience, their customer service is great, their response time is very good, and if you don’t have time—like we don’t have time as property managers on the commercial side of MEB Commercial—Leishanok will be there for you. If we would bond with another company, we wouldn’t have that level of service, and I believe that Eric and his team have given us that amazing customer service experience and that level of service and value that we probably couldn’t get anywhere else.
Susan G. Komen Southern Arizona was formed in 1999. We here in Tucson are our own 501(c)(3), so every affiliate is separate, and we actually take care of the lower six counties here in Southern Arizona. We actually just had our race on March 22nd at the U of A, so that’s really the one that everyone knows Komen for.
For me, when I came on, our computers were very slow. We had a lot of problems with connecting with our network and our printer, and stuff would shut down fast or wouldn’t connect for us, so we weren’t able to access a lot of our shared drive documents. And our computers were horribly slow.
When we reached out for Alicia Nock, we definitely learned like we need some help locally here to continue to serve our Southern Arizona community. We met them through the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and they were more than happy to come and look at our equipment and lead us in a direction to help us get our office to where we could be stable with our IT.
They have been just amazing to work with—great group of employees who are really dedicated and actually care about their clients. They know, you know, your limit—especially as a nonprofit—and they don’t force you to do things you don’t want to do, but they help you achieve the things that you want to achieve.
You.

My name is Nancy Kluge. I’m the President and CEO for Reid Park Zoo. Reid Park Zoo is a premier place to learn about animals and conservation in Tucson, Arizona. It is Southern Arizona’s largest attended gated attraction, with over half a million visitors annually. Our focus is, of course, on animal care and providing a great experience for our guests. We want IT and those kinds of infrastructure things to happen—they’re essential to our operation—but we want them to just happen without us having to think about them. And that’s something that Leisha NOC has enabled us to be able to do. They do all the homework of staying on top of what is the latest in technology so that we don’t have to. They make sure that our systems are up to date, that our security is up to date, that we’re PCI compliant, and all those really important details that we want to just happen. One of the wonderful things about working with Leisha NOC Network Solutions is that they can go in and make repairs remotely. It happens fast—it’s even faster than when we have people in-house doing that. So it works really well for our end users. At Reid Park Zoo, it’s absolutely critical that we have systems that are up and running so that when our guests come to the zoo, they can buy their ticket and get in and not worry about it. What Leisha NOC has enabled us to do is make sure that we are up and running virtually all of the time. What’s great is when we’re working with Leisha NOC, they contact our IT coordinator and work with her to make sure that the end users can get a solution to any issues promptly and quickly so that they can get back to work doing the important things—like taking care of our guests and our animals. I would absolutely recommend Leisha NOC Network Solutions to other Tucson businesses. They’re prompt, they’re responsive, and they’re really on top of the latest in security and any solutions to your technical issues.
My name is Steve Somerville and I’m Chief Engineer at KVOA TV. Working with Leisha NOC was based on finding the right size vendor for the project that we had to do, and with our existing staff, it was too much heavy lifting. So Leisha NOC was a good choice because they’re local to do something. The goal of the project was to completely re-IP address the facility and then create virtual LANs that would let us put the appropriate network traffic on the correct network. And so we were able to achieve that. From the project implementation, it was three to six months prior we started the project planning process, and then the actual transition from the old network to the new network was approximately a week. And we had Leisha NOC personnel here helping us cut over it one network at a time. What I thought was outstanding was that they were immediately available if we had a question, and they were able to help us feel confident every step of the process. And even their post-project support has been great now that we’ve been done for a few months. I highly recommend them without reservation.
My name is Matt Kelso and I’m the IT Director here at Spencer’s TV & Appliance. Spencer’s is a family-owned and operated TV and appliance dealer. We started as a small shop in Mesa. We’ve grown to 10 locations over the last 45 years. As we’ve grown, we’ve had to deal with all of the security issues of the growing difficulties within the environment of people hacking everywhere they can. So we reached out to Leach NOC Solutions because we had no visibility on our network. We felt like we were secured, but we didn’t know we were secure, and so we wanted to improve that. We also were struggling with, um, just added network needs. We needed to change our infrastructure significantly, and so Leach NOC came in, understood what our needs were, put together a solution, and then walked us through the implementation of that. And it’s been stellar. It’s solved all my dreams for how to better manage our infrastructure. The Cisco Meraki network solution is cloud-based, so even as recently as yesterday we had an issue and our lead network administrator had a day off, and so he was able to log in from home, tell us what the issue was, use our help desk employee to be able to resolve the issue remotely without having to have him come into the store or anything like that. And across the board, that’s improved the way that we can telecommute and still get everything done. In IT, I think every day you get someone cold-calling you telling you how they can either help your network, help your phone systems, help whatever. When we started working with Lee Shinnok, I was worried that they were just another cold call. But when we started meeting with them, every person who worked with their goal has been to help us as a company improve. They’ve been great to work with. They’re as knowledgeable as anyone I’ve ever worked with. It wasn’t just another cold call—it was a company wanting to come alongside and improve our business, and they’ve done that. Leash NOC Network Solutions has great knowledgeable staff. They know what they’re selling, they know what they’re implementing, and they are able to formulate everything for our environment exactly the way we wanted.
