From day one, Eric LeeShanok’s vision was clear. He would build an IT services company people and businesses in Arizona could rely upon. “I founded LeeShanok Network Solutions because I wanted to help smaller companies to grow and use IT as a competitive advantage to compete against larger companies,” recalls LeeShanok, President of LeeShanok Network Solutions. What started out as a husband and wife team in a PC repair shop in 1997 has steadily grown into a full-service IT company with a team of nearly 20 technology service experts.
With a deep bench of experience in day-to-day IT management, remote network operations, advanced infrastructure solutions, cloud technology provider and professional IT services, LeeShanok Network Solutions serves the IT needs of more than 350 small to mid-size businesses (SMBs) throughout Arizona. “Our sweet spot for IT services centers on companies with two to 200 people,” says LeeShanok. “We’re very loyal to our clients and value their business, which is why we work harder and invest in the right IT technologies to help them grow.”
But LeeShanok Network Solutions’ success as one of Arizona’s top IT service providers didn’t happen overnight and it certainly wasn’t by accident. “There were some tough years when the economy took a dive, but by staying the course, partnering smart and keeping our focus on the needs of our customers, we’ve been able to maintain and grow our client base, our staff and our revenues year over year,” says LeeShanok. “Many of our clients and team members have been with us from the beginning and continue to be our biggest fans.”
One of the best moves LeeShanok made early on was establishing a relationship with Ingram Micro Inc., the world’s largest technology distributor. “Out the gate we recognized the value Ingram Micro could bring to our business,” says LeeShanok. “Not only do they have the technology, solutions and support we need, but they are a great educator and always ready to go above and beyond to help us win new business.”
As a member of Ingram Micro’s SMB Alliance and Systems ArchiTECHS partner communities, LeeShanok has gained tremendous insight into business and technology best practices from his peers as well as from Ingram Micro’s inside sales and field-based technical engineers. Ingram Micro has also introduced him to a number of new vendors including VMware, and plays an integral role in forging stronger alliances with others such as Intel, Cisco and Microsoft. In honor of its success, LeeShanok Network Solutions was recently named to Ingram Micro’s SMB 500 list, which notes the top-performing, SMBfocused channel partners in North America.
“Ingram Micro makes it happen for us,” says LeeShanok. “It’s impressive to watch how they bring it all together for us, and in turn, we can continue to deliver exceptional IT services to our clients and grow more profitably.”
